Prater Amusement Park
Prepare to spend an entire day at the Prater, a large amusement park located in what used to be the old hunting grounds of the Austrian emperors. Here you can see all of Vienna from the old ferris wheel or Reisenrad (prepare to pay in cash only), ride roller coasters, and so much more.
If the kids are too little for roller coasters, there’s still plenty of do. There’s the Liliputbahn or train, the Chocolate Museum, and Kolariks Luftberg where you can eat while they play on the outdoor bouncy houses. And if it’s all too overwhelming, take a walk along the parks and hang out at Jesuitenwiese Park, where there is the largest slide our kids have ever seen.
